By downloading, installing, or using the ALCPTQUIZ application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

📱Description of Service

ALCPTQUIZ is a mobile application designed to help users practice and prepare for the American Language Course Placement Test (ALCPT). The App provides quiz questions, practice tests, and educational content related to English language proficiency testing.

💳Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

ALCPT PRO Premium Subscription

Monthly Subscription: $9.99/month

Yearly Subscription: $120.99/year (equivalent to $10.08/month)

Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes.

Premium Features Include:

⚠️ Important Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

👤User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and current information
Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
Not sharing your account credentials with others

🚫Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
Share your account credentials with others
Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content
Violate any intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the App developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The practice test content available through the App is derived from publicly available educational resources and is intended for educational purposes only.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with any official language testing organizations.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy of content or test results
Compatibility with all devices
Achievement of specific test scores
That the service will meet your specific requirements

The practice tests provided in the App are not official tests and the results should not be considered as official language proficiency certification.

💰Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellations:

Must be made through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play)
Take effect at the end of the current billing period
Do not result in refunds for the current period
Can be done at any time before the next renewal

Refund Policy:

Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

📱Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. By using the App, you agree to be subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service regarding advertising.

🔄Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

⚖️Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

🔚Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but subscription billing terms remain in effect until the end of your current billing period.
